After graduating LHHS '70, I attended SUNY-Delhi, graduating in '72 with an associate's degree in animal science. Since veterinary technician positions were an up-and-coming thing back then, jobs were scarce and I was unable to find a job that suited my training. Finally landed a job in a radiological practice in Cheshire, CT which resulted in me staying in that field for nearly 30 years, attaining a position as billing manager for a practice in New Britain, CT. I left that job in 2000 to start work as a per-diem for Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT in their laboratory department & have been there since.

m Wallingford to Meriden in 1981 after getting married. In 1988, I moved to Middletown, CT. I have 2 step-daughters, one in San Antonio, TX the other in Montpelier, VT, each with 2 children of their own so I have 4 grandchildren, ranging in age from 20 to 14.
